Yamaha is going to release the Bluetooth compliant digital sound projector "YSP-1400" in mid-October. It will be sold at a reasonable price of around ¥40,000.
8 beam speakers and a built-in sub-woofer make it possible for "YSP-1400" to play alive 5.1 channel surround sound. It has a slim body so that it won't get in the way of the TV screen when you place it just in front. In addition to that, because it applies the technology that sends the remote control signal over its backside, you will not have trouble with operating the remote control even when you have a TV that has the light receiving section on its lower level.
By installing the free dedicated application "HOME THEATER CONTROLLER" to your smartphone or tablet, you can use it as a remote control of "YSP-1400".
